“Whether you are a first-time home buyer, investor or selling your home,” says Lauren Morin, “I pride myself on providing outstanding service throughout the whole process.”
Originally from Medford, Lauren earned a double Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from Portland State University. She then worked for BMW and other retail sales in the Portland metro area over the years before her now near-decade in real estate.
“I’ve been in customer service and sales since I was 14 years old because I have always loved helping people. I chose the Opt team because of all the amazing support it offers agents to better service our clients.” Detail oriented with a strong work ethic, Lauren listens intently to her clients’ needs, strategizing to help them reach their real estate goals.
“It is so rewarding to hand over the keys of a new home to a client after closing. I love what I do.”
Lauren loves discovering new breweries and restaurants as well as exploring parks and nature trails around Portland and Vancouver. She also enjoys gardening, hitting the beach, and spending quality time with her family. Lauren is a big fan of animals, and she and her husband and daughter share their Vancouver home with rabbits, chickens, a cat, and a dog.
Lauren was so helpful during my home selection and purchase. She always responded promptly and addressed all of my concerns. I actually had to walk away from my first home and she was supportive and helped me into my current home. And her knowledge of the area helped immensely.
Strong work ethic, tackles the project with determination, motivation and expertise. Exactly what I was looking for. She stayed on the lender to ensure dead lines were met and wasn’t afraid to put the underwriters through the ringer when they started acting silly. For a VA home I don’t believe…
Quick and sufficient customer service to address all concerns. Timely to get all information we need. find a good house inspector to help. Lauren did very quick and timely response for all our requests in order to clarify all questions before cutting an offer. – Ray Chang
