The path to Noelle’s real estate profession was paved with many wonderful opportunities that prepared her for not only being a successful Realtor but also provided the perfect foundation for her to pursue a career in the world of design as well. She spent 15 years in Human Resources at a major law firm which helped her foster a heart for people and allowed her to gain and grow a strong set of administrative skills that served her well when she left to open her own home décor store in Oregon City.
Following those years of retail merchandising and customer service, she also worked as a design consultant for a large interior surface company in the area, helping clients with remodel and new construction projects. Noelle’s passion for people and the spaces they occupy gave birth to her brand, Heart N Homes, which is a unique blend of real estate and design services all under one roof.
This winning combination creates great value for her clients, whether they’re embarking on a real estate journey and have design needs along the way, or they’re happy in their home but making design decisions that will influence the value of their home. Being able to contribute real estate knowledge and design expertise throughout the process allows her to present a full-service approach to her clients.
Noelle is committed to always providing her clients exceptional service from the heart, being a constant professional but also not forgetting the personal “heartfelt” elements which can often make the difference between a good and GREAT experience for people. She is known for her solid work ethic, honest and consistent communication, creative problem solving, colleague collaboration, caring deeply, being patient to get the results that are best for her clients and for throwing a great party since she loves to spoil her peeps.
Some of Noelle’s personal joys are the lasting friendships that are formed while working with clients and the reward of seeing them happy. She loves the journey of getting to know others and learning how she can best serve them…she looks forward to the opportunity of being on that journey with you!

Personal Snapshot
The beautiful Pacific Northwest has been home for Noelle for most of her life. Growing up in a small town near the Oregon coast and then living in several different cities & suburbs in the greater Portland area for over 30 years, has given her a greater understanding of the geographical area and the local real estate market when helping her buyers and sellers.
Many of those years were spent raising her darling daughters, Kaelee and Emily Taylor, in the wonderful community of West Linn but now she is enjoying empty nesting in Oregon City with her college sweetheart and hubby, Bob. Completing their family, is Buddy, their long-haired Doxie, who is Noelle’s faithful companion and roadside warrior when she’s in her car (also known as her other office or podcast listening studio!)
